Part-time role in the New Eltham area and is ideal for a return to work candidate.
Sales and Office Administrator | Part-Time 20 hours/week | Between Monday to Friday 9am-5pm | £19,500- £22,000 pro-rata | New Eltham
This role is ideal for a return to work candidate and there is potential for it to develop into a full time role longer term.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Sales
Provide sales quotes to clients
Manage and update all sales tickets/opportunities within the Opportunity board
Deal with client order queries
Monitor Sales board for new sales tickets
Purchasing
Manage the service provisions of the client base (Cloud Services)
Purchase “small Orders” equipment from vendor base
Manage Stock Control of Sales Items
Process internal orders
Deal with Vendor returns
Marketing
Assist with Social Media engagement
Complete client Case Studies
Assist with Marketing Management
In alignment with companys marketing strategy support the activities we provide to our sponsored charity
Operations
End to End Management of the disposal service that we provide our client base
Assist with process and documentation management
Update Client Agreements with quantity modifications
Assist with Invoice Queries
Office Administration
Manage courier services (Parcelforce) for goods deliveries
Assist with the maintenance of all business accreditations including and not limited to ISO, Cyber Security, Health and Safety accreditations
Organise internal social team events that are planned throughout the year
Control the upkeep of the internal office, ensuring the building is well-dressed
This also includes manging the third parties and ensuring maintenance agreements are in place where necessary
Assist with upholding Fire Marshall and First Aid responsibilities
Management of office Petty Cash
Required Skills
Excellent written English and interpersonal skills
Technically focussed but commercially aware
High level of customer service skills – Customer experience is key to good support
Solid communication skills to understand client/client representatives concerns and requirements
Required Attributes
Able to prioritise under pressure and to work to deadlines
Positive Disposition with a sense of humour
Driven by results and by performing at the highest level
Reliable and Punctual
Ability to work within a team and add value to the members
Comfortable communicating with staff of customers and internally at all levels (Owners through to junior staff)
Willingness to gain relevant qualifications and accreditation’s
Able to work under pressure
