Perfect partners: Successful Mums and Ada & Albert
Successful Mums are delighted to join forces with Chislehurst’s Ada & Albert to help more mums get back into work in 2019.
Charity boutique Ada & Albert, which does incredible work to support vulnerable children in the community, will be hosting our first ever Chislehurst Back to Work course this March, with 15 fully funded places available to local mums starting the next chapters in their lives.
Successful Mums founder Jane Knight says: “We’ve known for a long time that there’s a demand for our training among mums in Chislehurst. Meeting with Amy Pullen from Ada & Albert was a step forward for both our organisations and what we stand for. I’m delighted that we will be working together to help mums boost their confidence and get back into work.”
Packed with advice on everything from updating your CV and identifying new skills, to interview techniques and personal branding, this popular course is a great opportunity for women who want to get “work ready” in a fun, professional and supportive environment. The two-day course also includes 1 to 1 career advice, links to local employers and tips for finding flexible work.
Amy Pullen, of Ada & Albert, says: “There is huge synergy in the Ada & Albert and Successful Mums vision. In supporting local parents, we are reaching out to inspire their children, too, which is at the heart of what we do at Ada & Albert.”
